Taking advantage of the experience acquired over the last few years in the development of new products, ORBYS has designed an UpCycling production process for reprographic devices, which prevents a device that has completed its first cycle of life from being degraded to raw materials, and through a complete remanufacturing process, our UpCycling process, manages to generate a second complete cycle of life for the device, thus reducing the environmental impact and generating devices with a higher value balance than the original product.
All used devices undergo triage, selecting those that have consumed the least amount of their useful life.
General device cleaning
Disassembling all units
Individual cleaning of chassis, plates, engines and units
All units components are replaced and each unit is individually checked before going to the assembly line.
Paper feed unit
Chassis enters into the computerised production line and during 15 stages it receives all elements and units as well as configurations until it is converted back into a reprographic device.
Adjustment and calibration stages
Engine and software stages
All devices are inspected at the last two stages of the production line to meet our standards of quality and reliability.
Printing quality test and settings

The customer receives perfectly packaged device, which is in perfect condition when opened and with all its seals. When lifting the document feeder, the first thing they find is a welcome sheet with the quick use guide to immediately use their device, which in addition to the user training provided by a specialised technician, will allow them to start using their new MFP from the first minute.
The first few days are crucial for the customer's perception, and this is where our UpCycling process makes the difference. All replaced components, perfectly calibrated adjustments, as well as the cleaning process given to the device, will prevent breakdowns during the first days.
First cycle of maintenance
During the cycle of maintenance issues are reduced to usage factors that do not harm the high level of customer satisfaction, and even paper jams are reduced to a sporadic event. Simply toner, paper and press the green button.
